I have to admit, I still haven’t mastered risotto. This one was flavorful, but it still didn’t have that creamy, melt in your mouth texture. I don’t know if I am not cooking it long enough or not adding enough liquid. But it’s still very delicious.
The shrimp here are simply seasoned with steak seasoning and tons of paprika (see yesterday’s post). They were very spicy and salty. And a great compliment to the risotto.
Serve with a nice dry white wine.
