Tonights dinner featured ribs with a homemade rub. Basically, I added some finely ground coffee to a steak and grill seasoning. Grilled them for about 2 1/2 hours over indirect heat (or until I ran out of propane) then added a barbecue sauce foe the last 15 minutes.
The cut of meat wasn’t very good, but the flavors sure were. I guess $7 for a whole rack of ribs truly was too good of a deal.
