Sautee a little onion in olive oil and butter. Add some cubed beef (a good stew meat). And then add a whole a lot of mushrooms. Finish with some French herbs like Tarragon. And a bunch of shots of Worcestershire Sauce. This makes a great comfort food dish and it very filling. Finish with sour cream to add that special richness and tang.
I would suggest serving it over wide egg noodles, but I did it here over DreamFields low carb penne pasta.
